Maxwell’s East Coast Eatery on South Main Street in Salt Lake City has been bringing New York-style pizza and East Coast Italian comfort food to Utah since it opened, building a reputation around the coal-fired pizza, house-made pasta, and the Italian-American deli food that earns a Salt Lake City restaurant its destination reputation in a market that historically had very little access to genuine East Coast Italian cooking.
