Stockyards Smokehouse and Larder appeared in Season 17, Episode 2 of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, “Chicken, Chili and Chowder,” which aired April 29, 2013, as a Toronto BBQ and comfort food restaurant serving slow-smoked meats, creative burgers, and the American BBQ tradition in a city that was just beginning to develop its own serious BBQ culture. The restaurant closed permanently in late 2022.
