Naked City Pizza has been bringing Buffalo-style pizza and the bar comfort food of upstate New York to Las Vegas since it opened, building a menu around the thick-rimmed, sauce-heavy Buffalo pizza tradition that is genuinely rare outside of western New York and completely unexpected in a desert city built on buffets and celebrity chef restaurants. It appeared in Season 14, Episode 8 of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, “All Vegas, All the Time,” which aired June 4, 2012. Guy Fieri found a Las Vegas pizza kitchen doing Buffalo-style pizza with the authenticity of a kitchen that grew up on the real thing. The restaurant has since relocated — Naked City now operates at Paradise Road and Rainbow locations.
