John Mull’s Meats and Road Kill Grill on Thom Boulevard in Las Vegas’s northwest suburbs has been a butcher shop and BBQ operation since John Mull opened it, combining a working meat counter producing house-made sausages and custom cuts with a BBQ grill serving the smoked meats and grilled plates that earn a neighborhood butcher shop its cult following in a city better known for buffets than backyard BBQ. It appeared in Season 14, Episode 7 of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, “BBQ Road Show,” which aired May 28, 2012. Guy Fieri found a Las Vegas BBQ and butcher operation doing things from scratch in a way that most of the Strip’s restaurants would never attempt.
