Nexus Brewery on Pan American Freeway NE in Albuquerque has been combining a serious craft brewing program with New Mexican soul food in a setting that makes it one of the most distinctive brewpubs in the Southwest since it opened, producing house-brewed ales and lagers alongside the green chile comfort food that defines what New Mexican cooking means to the people who grew up eating it.
