What to Eat
The Ahi Poke Bowl — fresh diced yellowfin tuna seasoned with soy, sesame oil, limu seaweed, and Hawaiian salt over rice — is the Hawaiian poke done the way it is supposed to be done, with fish that was swimming in the Pacific recently enough that the difference is immediately obvious.
