Northern Waters Smokehaus in the DeWitt-Seitz Marketplace in Canal Park has been smoking Lake Superior fish and building house-cured deli sandwiches since Eric Goerdt opened it, bringing a serious artisan smokehouse operation to a port city with deep fishing heritage and a waterfront worth building a food destination around.
